Question Number 1. How many kids on the St. Mary's Lynn Girls hockey team are actually from Lynn? or Fontbonne girls are actually from that girl's hockey hotbed Milton Mass? ( I would like to know the answer if somebody has it handy)

Fontbonne, Boston Latin, Austin Prep ( all not public schools) . If you can "recruit" from other towns, you should not be playing in a public school conference. Start and ISL B league or something. The boys went through this and now it is the girls turn, but it is worse because there is a chasm between the high and the low teams. Private schools can beat up on what ever public school team they want, but it is a fraud. In a time when public schools are starting programs and combining towns to get enough kids to put together a team, these private schools have kids coming from 30 miles away( and more) to play hockey at that school. Lawrence Academy doesnt play in a public school conference. Congrats to A/B, Woburn, Lexington, Arlington etc. for fostering girls hockey earlier than most others, to now get beat by mercenaries.......Good luck publics, today St. Mary's, tomorrow Austin Prep, Two days from now it will be somebody else beating up the public schools.........Welcome to Hockey in Massachsuetts...
