can anybody stop them or are we looking at undefeated repeat champs again? im surprised by tonights result 3-0 win over NDA.... those NDA girls are certainly lookin good as of late and could be a threat in the states... btw i love your site but lets get this forum goin!
Thanks, and good question, alot of teams are playing them like its the state championship but these girls just keep winning. I have to hand it to the coaching staff and the group of girls that they have their. You might want to look ahead to Mon, Feb 16, 2009 7:30PM, St Marys Lynn vs. Acton-Boxboro at William Connery MDC Rink, Lynn. They are both undefeated and will probaly tell you if anyone can match up with them come state time. Hingham, AC and maybe a couple other teams could shock them in the states but their goalies would have to stand on their heads because this team is maybe better then last year and thats saying something without Gauthier. Anything can happen by then, injuries(hope not), fluke bounces, bad refs, the goalie effect (thats what i like to call it), or just a team that can't go wrong that particular night. In any case it should make for a very entertaining state tournament and it's great press for girl's hockey which is GREAT!
